Data we collect

The data you send us through the form or by email: name, email, phone, information about your request and any attached documents. This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your quote request and, if you accept it, to provide the service. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

Requests are received in our business mailbox (Google Workspace). The website is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). Documents are shared only with the translators, interpreters and authorities needed to provide the service, under a duty of confidentiality.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to answer your request and, if a contract follows, for the legal retention periods that apply to accounting and tax records.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
